@oneworldkingdom Um no, this car actually has MORE power than factory rating of 455 HP. A wheel dyno measures horsepower at the wheels, not horsepower at the crankshaft of the engine. The ENGINE was rated at 455 brake horsepower, not wheel horsepower. So if you consider about 15%(probably more) drivetrain loss at the wheels, 416 WHP is actually MORE than 455 BHP, its more like 480 BHP, so its not missing anything, its actually tuned to run even better than straight from the factory.
