This is the GP25, having the sight on the left side of the weapon with a short plastic handle, the GP30 has the sights on the right side and a longer hollow handle made of rubber.

The AKS-74U can be equipped with a BS-1 Tishina 30mm silent grenade launcher.

The one in the video is the standard GP-30, it shoots 40mm caseless grenades.

actually it's 30mm, main round for GP-30 are VOG-25 which are 25 mm caliber. And yes, it's compatible with: GP-25, AGS-17, AGS-30

Yes but you can't buy the HE (High Explosive) grenades only the dummy or smoke grenades.

No, but the AKSU74 can be equiped with a special silenced launcher called GSN19, it fires 30mm grenade using a piston driven by a blank round.
