all squats work the glutes to some extent. How much is a function largely of individual physiology. A trainer should do what stimulates the muscle best for him.
this looks like the gym at the Venetian in vegas is it?... anywho buffmom is def a hottie and stay away from the wooden block heard its no good for lower back

That's the reason for having the legs in front. It takes strain off the knees and hits the glutes and hams more.
