Actually the first 5 customers got Zune's and it wasn't planned. We gave them to them for beingg the first ones.

I completely agree. Instead of waiting hours in line to go into the MS store they could have easily went to best buy and gotten windows 7 in about 1/10 of the time... Or they could have pre-ordered it on amazon and gotten it today anyway. Unless your in Disney World, waiting in line for anything is a waste of time.
