you have to take dance to understand, when an instructor is teaching a dance a move the teacher slows down the movement so it is easier to follow! I agree the dance needs more fire, however you can probably follow better than most, most people however can only follow slow movements when first learning a new dance move, and this is what these types of videos are for, the novice dancer!!!
