Could you please tell me how you break free of the FROG holds so quickly? When I played through the only way I could make it was to never get stuck in one. Whenever I did it took me far too long to break free and I would always die.

The last floor isn't passable without Snake helping. I've used Snake as a human shield and to draw fire away from Rat Pt 01 but it just isn't enough.
