Bounty hunter is best for me because I will have more freedom to do whatever I want. When you are a bounty hunter, you not restricted by laws and moral codes like the Jedi. You follow your own path in the galaxy, and then build a reputation and earn wealth with your own wits and guts. Jedi are too busy being goody-two-shoes that they don't understand themselves as individuals with free choice other than their strict codes.

@CrookedRevelations I know in the game you can do whatever you want to, either choose to be a Jedi or bounty hunter.

I'm just making a point that the Jedi are restricted by their codes, and not bounty hunters. When a jedi rebels against the codes, he or she is banished from the Jedi Order and corrupted by the sith. The Jedi code is very black and white, whereas bounty hunters are mostly in the gray area. That's why I prefer to play a bounty hunter over a Jedi on a personal level. ^^

Just because one is banished from the Jedi Order doesn't mean that they will always get corrupted by the Dark Side. And also, Bounty Hunters aren't "gray". It's called choice and ethics. They are Bounty Hunters because they love the thrill of the hunt or are in it for the credits and don't care for anything but that.

And if you think about it, the Jedi seem like empty husks of meat. I mean, "Emotions lead to the Dark Side". Come on...

in my experience the tanky melee can usually take the ranged guy when they get in close its all about maintaining distance or otherwise how you play. As long as the bounty has range it can probably go either way.
