Loved your vid! I giggled along with you because I too am a 'city slicker' that recently started growing herbs. I get such a rush out of clipping fresh basil or parsley and using it in my cooking. I've been doing good with herbs but alas, I can't grow a tomato larger than a ping pong ball. Thanks for the laugh!
@EcoexplorerVids your soil is probably either too acidic, or the carrots are still young or you have too little nitrogen in your soil. Growing them in a cramped bucket doesn't help either as overcrowding usually makes smaller plants.
Why don't you set up some raised garden beds in your yard? There's nothing but useless grass there and gardening is much lower maintenance than keeping up grass plus you can't eat grass simply because it tastes like shit. :D

My garden refuses to grow anything but miniature vegetables. I think the soil has been transported directly from Lillput.
