A federal has sentenced three of nine promoters of a fraudulent tax-and-debt-elimination scheme to prison terms for their roles in tax fraud, wire fraud and money laundering. Four others were sentenced to prison ranging from 5 to 12 years.

The court sentenced Eugene Casternovia to 7 years in prison and sentenced Arthur Merino to 3 years and 4 months in prison. Mark Lyon, who cooperated with the government and testified at trial, was sentenced to 18 months in prison.

The Justice Dept.'s case against him is online somewhere. In it, they were mostly pissed because they could no longer find and access his student's money and assets anymore, in order to tax them.

The IRS put him away for teaching people to successfully hide their money and assets, according to the IRS case against him, which is online somewhere.

Mostly, when you read their case against him, they were pissed that his students successfully hid their assets from the IRS, which they admitted they can no longer find, in order to tax them appropriately.

Here is the law: Title 26

Section 1, imposes the tax

Section 61 defines Gross income

Section 63 defines Taxable income.

Section 6012 requires you to file a tax return if you have income of more than the exemption amount, and

Section 6151 requires you to pay the tax at the time and place fixed for the filing of your return.

The day of trying to avoid taxation is over at least for the little guy. Gino now says the best advice is to operate strictly within the existing law and not give the thugs reason to mess with you. But more than that now is the time to consider what would be a better alternative to present corrupt tax and monetary policies, something Gino never spoke of. The idea of taxing community created land values is well developed, tested and waiting for people to get tired of what does not work.
