  • Wonderful Technology...

  • looks awesome. great technique and idea but where can i find a doctor that can perform a surgery like this?

  • Call 305-856-4242 and ask to find a Doctor in your area.

  • how much does it cost for the procedure itself excluding the brava?

  • does anyone have any idea how much this version costs in comparison to saline or silicon implants?

  • About the same depending on who the surgeon is.

  • How long does it last?

  • So far those who have had the procedure have for the most part keep the growth. It will slightly decrease if you loss a lot of weight. This is the same thing that happens to women who loss weight in general. There breast tend to decrease in size.

  • very interesting

  • is this more expensive than getting implants?

  • It is about the same.

  • soooo helpful hope to do it

  • what if youre really skinny does it still works?

  • I have been considering breast implants but decided against because of breastfeeding issues (if I have children at some point, from what I have read most surgeries will rupture nerves and milk ducts tht are necessary for optimal and frequent breastfeeding), this surgery looks great plus without artificial additions in body, but how does it affect breastfeeding? Do the nipples have to be ruptured cut whatever the term may be?

  • It should not effect future breastfeeding and it does not rupture the nipples. I hope this is helpful.

  • yea I was afraid of that too india. But I second what mariah says. Technology these days will allow you to still breastfeed. That is one of my major concerns. Do some more research and you will see. Good luck.

  • this is a really neat option for people who don't want implants

  • this wouldnt really help anyone suffering from something like a tuberous breast deformity would it?

  • In many cases it can be applied to this deformity.

  • looks better than silicons, but what are the cons?

  • It may take a little longer time for the doctor to perform the actual procedure.

  • Seems like a great idea. Silicone filled balloons look unappealing (to me at least).

  • do you wear the suction cups 24 hours a day for a month?

  • For the procedure you wear the domes for about 4 weeks for 10 hours a day.

  • how long before the fat dissolves back into the body, or is it living fat that does not dissolve? Will it reduce when you loose weight as does normal breast tissue?

  • It is living tissue that does not dissolve. You may loss some breast size if you lose weight.

  • wouldn't the fat added to the breasts just spread out from the breast and even itself throughout the body? If not than what stops it?

  • No the fat remains in the breast area. Other tissue is keeping it in place. Think about it, the breast is made up a great amount of fat tissue. It doesn't leak itself throughout the body.

  • This seems to be far better than implants that can rupture and require surgical replacement every 10 years.

  • ive never seen this?? im a small b i want to be a full c is this safer than implants? were can i get more info?

  • This is a great alternative to implants and helping you grow from a b to c cup.

  • Very interesting. I'm guessing that because it's fat and not silicone that's inserted, that the breasts will feel more natural than rock hard volley balls?

  • Yes,the end result feels like natural breasts.

  • is this real? do u know if there some doctor in mexico who uses that tecnique?

  • At this time I am not aware of any doctor's who perform this technique. However a number in the USA, Europe and Asia are presently performing the procedure. Most are working on breast reconstruction, however there are those are also preforming cosmetic surgeries as well.

  • what happened to the lady at 0:45?

  • She under went a breast removal over 25 years ago due to breast cancer. The doctor was able to perform the technique and was able to re-construct her breast.

  • The first young lady pictured is perfectly lovely in the "before" photo, why risk the surgery? However, it could be invaluable for women who have had cancer surgery.

  • There is a minimal invasive surgery involved, unlike a breast implant. As for breast cancer, it is an invaluable technique.

  • seems like this is worth looking into.

  • big difference

  • Their feel is very natural. It is your own breast tissue. Side effects are minimal. The usual short-term healing in the lipo-suctioned area and the transfer area of the breast.

  • will this cause any interferance or damage to feeding brest milk?

  • Not at all.

  • Hello. Do you know of any doctors in the Los Angeles/ Beverly Hills area of california that do these procedures?

  • Yes. Please contact Brava at 800-422-5350.

  • I'm kind of thin to begin with... I really don't have alot of body fat and I have no idea where they'd take the fat from, but I would MUCH prefer a method like this to having artificial implants...

  • In some cases women gain weight before the procedure so more fat can be harvested from other parts of the body and transfered to the breast. However, the technique has been successfully performed on women with below average body fat.

  • How well do you think this will work for uneven breasts?

  • This technique works extremely well for uneven breasts.

  • I hope so! I can't wait to get it done. I always hoped they'd develop this technology. Years ago I would look into it because I don't want implants or a reduction to be even, but all the articles said it is impossible. My hopes have come true :]

  • I have heard that this procedure works very well for both breast augmentation and for reconstructive surgery for women who have suffered from breast cancer. I heard that it is very non-invasive when compared with other methods available today.

  • So will you eventually lose that fat there and go flat again? I mean wont you burn that fat off eventually??

  • Not necessarily. A large weight loss may lose some of the gains. Even then, a good amount of the grafted tissue will remain. The beauty of the technique is that you can add new grafted fat tissue if needed. Additionally for woman who have had breast cancer and operations and had part or total removal of their breasts, it is an excellent minimally invasive technique to rebuild the breasts.
