I've yet to crash into the cop car, and I've done it 5-10 times already.

Might be that you already know this, but It's easier if you hold ur controller like it should be a steering wheel on a car.

i think you guys misunderstood, when the cops are chasing you and you see that you have to tilt the controller, its not giving you a choice you have to do BOTH of them its either left to right or right to left. what i did was tilt the controller lightly to the right then back quickly to the left. thumbs up if it worked for you :)

The arrow commands are Left, Right, Left, Left, and Right the rest of the way. Do the Sixaxis commands right when they appear because when you do them early, they might not work. Flick and shake your controller hard in the right direction. Turns must also be quick and strong.

Actually if you pause the game before each prompt and follow videos like this one to see what will happen/what you have press next this trophy becomes A LOT easier. The problem is still avoiding the cop car. People suggest moving the controller when the bar is halfway loaded, others suggest tilt the controller slowly to right, try out what works better for you. on the cop car scene to avoid smashing into him, the trick is to not jerk the controller to the right, gently tilt it smoothly. Tested this a couple times and each time i did a slower smooth move i avoided the car, where as a sharp jerk caused a scrape.
