I recently watched a documentary called Nazi Medicine that discussed the Eugenics movement in America in the early part of the last century. Along with racial hygiene (sterilizing the defective), there was also concern that people who where brown skinned were more prone to violence, anti-intellectualism, and crime. It turns out that the Nazi's modeled their idea on racial purity on American behaviors.
Firstly, England and the UK are not the same thing, secondly the fertility rate in England/Wales is 1.97. Secondly, Europe has always had migrants, the first people to enter Europe were migrants. thirdly just because soemthing happened before in history does not mean it always happens again. Fourthly Europe can only maintain half the number of people it does currently based on its resource use per capita so a population fall is inevitable whether migrants arrive or not.

I think it's safe to say we are stuck on an undecided topic. Lets get back to my original comment does education (not IQ) have a role to play increasing wealth?
Despite being the same species, Poodles have significantly less variation due to inbreeding by humans. The point you have missed is that IQ cannot be mostly inherited if it does not match up with genetic estimations of variability between populations. Why do you have the verging on racist film "demographic winter" as your homepage icon? Why do you have a problem with industrialised country population shrinkage when they are overpopulated indicated by above average global hectare use?
You have made it perfectly clear that you believe conclusions can be drawn about limits to phenotypic variance between groups, based on comparisons of discrete between within-group and between-group genetic variances. Your belief is fallacious because it doesn't take into account genetic-correlations within groups -- which correlations have been empirically confirmed.

So, basically, this is saying: Humanity is in no danger of going extinct due to a lack of births. The culture of Europe will not die off, but continue to evolve as people of other races join the culture. The number of people in the culture is expanding through the assimilation of other peoples. Sort of like America, which prior to colonization, was just scattered tribes of Indians.
Culture doesn't disappear. People within a culture work cooperatively to achieve similar goals; it's just not always a smooth process - their is cultural scrimmaging for the first two generations. But ultimately, it becomes a hybridized culture.
I don't agree with that historically when two culture clash either violence breaks out until one culture consume the other, or the smaller of the cultures are converted by the larger one. so most probably the culture of europe will stay the same it just wont be europeans living it.
To clarify: I don't believe (and did not mean to imply) that there would be violence - that's just my point. Whenever there is an intersection of two cultures, there is crossover both ways. You can live in New Mexico, watch Japanamation, and then have kabobs. No big deal. The trouble comes with a buncha knuckleheads come along saying - "the people not like us are coming! It's the end of the world!" The tone of this video is very doom and gloom - but it's BS.

Culture doesn't disappear. People within a culture work cooperatively to achieve similar goals; it's just not always a smooth process - their is cultural scrimmaging for the first two generations. But ultimately, it becomes a hybridized culture.
