  • I tried this. I failed. But I loved it.

  • Dashama you're so sweet and inspiring.

  • Good lord I twisted my ...F*** ankle ......is there a yoga to help me with the pain .?...awwwwww

  • 4:20

  • You are beautiful. I wish I could do that!

  • I wish I could get my lady to do that.

  • Hey Dashama, You're fantastic, I loved the video; thank you for sharing.

What are your thoughts about the transition from Virabahdasana III to Ardha Chandrasana? I believe it may put too much pressure upon the outer hip, and may be harmful. Suggesstion: Coming down from War III and shifting the hips to more of a short triangle position before popping up.

Thanks again for this video! It was great.

  • D: can't

  • ouch!

  • i have a torn ACL and knee surgery my knee is really stiff and hurts when i bend it is there any execises u recomend ?

  • they should teach this in martial arts. It's really helped my flexibility. thanks.

  • Nice I will share a few of these with my classes thx 4 the upload

  • Nice sequence. You may want to mention some key warm up asanas progression so yogis don't just go straight into the peak pose.

  • xoxo :D

  • do you have anything for noobs

  • @transplant07 what is a noobs?

  • @dashama noob= beginner

  • @transplant07 my yoga dvd is for beginners you can get it in my boutique at dashama*com

  • @dashama I think "noob" is short for "noobie" or "newbie", tech term for a beginner.

  • nice work! great stability and flexibility too!! very good explanation a well! and one more thing, please, pick up cellphone, it's vibrating, that was me calling... I know I was a bad time.... sorry I·'ll not to bother again. take care. kisses

  • breath...

  • This is relevant to my interests.

  • Nice video. I think we live near each other.

  • its like she gets hotter each video i watch

  • wow you are really good

  • nice job, but it always makes me a bit sceptic when I see outfits like that ...especially in standing split poses?!?! but oh well :)

  • wow I would have a heck of a great golf swing if I could accomplish that move...

  • Yoga will help improve your golf game- guaranteed. <3

  • Hi, thanks, keeping in mind the golf swing, what would be a series of yoga movements best to start with? the shoulder turn is improving, but hip still tight. Ive seen the sun pose on public channel but not too much twisting in doing that. Tom

  • @dashama

This is not YOGA at all!!! How do you dare call it YOGA? Yo don't even know how to breathe. You'd better be teaching for circus acrobats.

  • Namaschandikayai,

thanks for the inspiring sadhana....may the Divine Mother reduce to ash the sinful eyes residing within these comments! saubhagyadi cha yat kinchid dryshyate lalanajane tat sarvam tat prasadena tena japyamidam shubam....HUM

    namostutey fellow yogini

  • @waboyto Thankyou for defending the discipline.

  • @waboyto What a small-hearted, vengeful, paranoid person you seem like! Do you really think that eyes are residing in these comments? Do you really think that they are "sinful", and that you are holy enough to judge them?

  • @slimvictor

hmmm.... my comment seems to have bothered you. Was it something you said?

  • @waboyto

Not what I said. What you said. You are asking God for violence. To me, that is really pathetic.

  • @slimvictor

what you do is what you get...if you made no lustful comment, then it wasn't intended for you. If you did, then i guess you are free to defend such a position if you wish. I made a general statement regarding comments i saw, directed towards no one in particular... i was not asking for God to destroy anyone's enemies.... only enmity

  • i could stay watching you forever and ever :D

  • could you post more advanced videos with the yoga strap please. I'm a gymnast, so most "stretch" don't really stretch my muscles that much...and having the strap really helps lengthen and strengthen my muscles....so most of your stretches are perfect for me. You're not too chatty, and when you do speak you're instructions are precise! really enjoy stretching with you. Namaste sweet heart :) Must success to you in your future!

  • nice yoga and legs . Thank god for blessing us with pause button !!!

  • Beautiful balance, but the corny blinking buddah in the corner distracts a bit.

  • She does have Great legs im just trying to keep my mind on the yoga.thanks

  • How can I practice my balance? :)

  • Practice, standing on one foot with your eyes closed is a good start. If that's too easy do it on a half-bosu ball.

  • Unbelievable flexibility and balance, wow! All that and she also maintains great muscle mass on her legs - not like all the skinny and weak babas I know. Respect! Is Dashama a mountain biker, too?

  • im skinny and weak and still can do this.

  • Namaste my friend. Yes, I love to mountain bike and all other adventure sports :)

  • oh that's so inspiring! I'm going to try this now!!

  • You are amazing. I'm speechless. Unfortunately my body is not built for flexibility. I can't get past the beginner level for yoga.

  • Wow, great leg strength! It's one thing to practice this sequence, it's another thing all together to practice, and TALK the entire time, while shifting your gaze to and from the camera without wobbling at all. more please, you're inspiring to watch!

  • Well done posture. Impresive/ Very flexible. I think i will practice your postures. thanks

  • Nice shape.

  • i hope doing what you do one day

  • thanks, thanks, Dashama:))) That feels really good!! Your advanced sequences are just wonderful and I'm looking forward to more of them=)) Have a great day:)

  • Dashama, lovely! I have the flexibility down. That balance maintained is a wonder. Nice video. :)

  • sweet thing

  • omg!!

it looks difficult when you see her do it

but when i attempted it... impossible!!

wow, my body does not bend like that

    at all!!

  • That was amazing. I was lost after u raised ur hands....LOL but very nice. Thanks for sharing!

  • I think I speak for many...Dashama, you are simply beautiful to watch in motion.

  • yah.... Ouch!!

  • Amazing! Thanks for being an inspiration to a Jivamukti student in NYC!

  • Hi Dashama,

nice video. I would love to see some more videos of your more advanced personal practice. Thanks!

  • Yeah, my right hip would have pretty much packed up and gone home about half way through the series :-). I'll try it some time -Thanks!!
