The floor is just a special shock absorbing floor, that's why it gives the impression it's bouncier. If the floor were rock solid these gymnasts would have multiple leg fractures.

not really. Even so there is a huge diff between Dragulescu and Mr Olympia.....Dragulescu is all natural while Mr Olympia is 100% stero..got it

mens and womens gymnastics are completely different sports

women are allowed to take steps back on landing to salute while men are deducted

women are expected to have greater execution than men though while men have much higher difficulty

theres no comparing the two when each has different ages, difficulty, deductions, and expectations

Sacramones performance was terrible during the olympics and was the reason why Team USA lost. With that kind of performance and still made it to the national team, I wonder how many coaches did she have to sleep with in order to get the spot. Her ass is so fat, I think her ass is at least 20 pounds extra compared to her teammates. That was why she brought down Team USA. Stupid bitch should go to Jenny Craig. Alicia will go down as the worst, and most disgraceful gymnast in Olympic history.

Nadia Comaneci, Aurelia Dobre and Daniela Sofronie (2004 athens) their landings are perfect, they do not give any step back or forward, take a look, it's true he reaches high levels but he alwasy gives one step backward, Admit it.

I'm not trying tof fight with you, it's like almost all male gymnasts use so much strenght in landing, twisting that they usually do not land well, so many give one or two steps back or forward... that was kind of the point.

wow calm down. Get some anger managemnet classes or something. Mens and womens gymnastics are completely different sports. Even the events they do the same FX and VT or sone completely different. Men can't do a beam routine and women can't do a rings routine big whoop.

Sacramone choked big time at the olympics. She is not a clutch player. She is a disgrace. She blamed the judges, the delay, underage chinese gymnasts, the chinese coaches making weird noises during her routines, the pressure of the media. She blamed everything under the sun for her epic failures. She is selfish. She committed to UCLA, then went to Brown University, causing UCLA to miss out on some of the top recruits. Then she betrayed Brown, turned pro , got the scholarship for free.
