Cat Cora Rocks! Great interview, awesome questions! She is talented, fun, her food is amazing, we are huge fans. Disney does have great selections of healthy food, i went with my sister and she is vegan and she did NOT go hungry. Jiko has a complete vegan menu and the food there is excellent. Almost all the food est. had some menu item that was tasty and healthy for a vegan, no other theme park compares. Cat and Disney we love you!
