Even if Indonesia granted him citizenship, he would still have retained his US citizenship.

No, dual citizenship at birth does not make you ineligible to be President. Plus, after the age of 23, under US law, you must denounce your natural US citizenship in order to retain any other. Obama did not, so the British/Kenyan citizenship he had a birth disappeared.

YES it does. He was born a dual citizen, if he was a U.S. citizen. I will be back later when I have more time to discuss this with you but in the meantime since we don't have his birth certificate, passport, college apps, transcripts, etc. we don't know if he ever had U.S. citizenship or if it was given up when he moved to Indonesia, etc.

He does not lose his eligibility due to dual citizenship. He retains his natural born US citizenship by virtue of being born in Hawaii (if you want to argue that he wasn't, then that's a different matter). As for Indonesia, he could not have lost his US citizenship b/c he was a child. Under US law, a child can not form the intent to give up his US citizenship, no matter what the intent of the parent. Even if Indonesia granted him citizenship, he would still have retained his US citizenship.

Obama put a legally binding certificate of live birth on his website. It's what the HI Dept of Health gives you if you request a birth certificate. Unfortunately what happens is you guys are soooo angry that your guy lost that you refuse to acknowledge that Obama could possibly be legitimate and will overlook, explain away, or outright impute criminal motivations to Obama and his people. I seriously don't get it.

It has signatures of the parents, the Dr, the hospital AND the registrar. Years later, having lost one, I paid for a duplicate which was, once again, SIGNED and SEALED. Where's Barry's? Not even the DMV accepts COLB's.

Certificates of Live Birth are short form Birth Certificates. They are legally valid documents. I just used one to get my son his Learner's Permit here. The DMV does accept them. The one I used was issued to us after his birth by the Deparment of Vital Statistics. It is the only BC we have ever had, or needed, for my oldest son and has been accepted for everything. You have no clue what you are talking about.

WHO is the liar, tg? You claim you present an unsigned, unsealed COLB to your DMV and they accept it? YOU are a liar! I just got my daughter a license and a replacement SS card NEITHER place accepts an unsigned, unsealed document!! She couldn't EVEN get a replacement SS card without a Driver's License & she couldn't get a DL without a SIGNED sealed copy of her COLB, which is the name here. It LISTS Dr, hospital, parents and has SIGNATURES of all & the registrar's signature, as well.

Anne Dunham did not follow Obama Sr. to Africa. She did not even have a US passport until after Obama was born. As for his father, he did not leave until Obama was a toddler. Do you just make up these lies off the top of your head or do you copy them from other liars?

Barack Obama's paternal grandmother never claimed he was born in Kenya. That was a heavily-edited tape that was disproven. The entire tape is out there showing what she really said. The people of Kenya do not claim he was born there. He was born in Hawaii. He is eligible to be President.

Disproven by WHOM? He was NOT born in HI. HE has never shown any proof. How was he able to travel to Pakistan? What country's passport does/did he use? He is flat out INELIGIBLE yet numbskulls like you can accept that your "god" is a FRAUD!!!

Berg was not arrested in Kenya. I don't know if he has ever been there. Jerome Corsi, another great liar, was detained, not arrested, in Kenya. You can't even get your lies straight.
