This is fantastic. Finally, this is a way to communicate both ways with my traffic.  Instead of a one way broadcast website, now this is a way to engage with my customers before they are customers. LOVE IT.

I have no idea what supermarket you shop at but im pretty sure employees know where stuff is located! Also your wrong about target there employees do know about the electronics in there department! your real world scenarios are filled with lies more than you think! Live chat also has people that don't know what there talking about! Do you really know who your chatting with? Is it someone from the middle east ?

@ceedub2003 I think you misunderstood. Typically you don't find employees in large super markets. I am simply proposing that the live chat with engagement can be used to imitate a real world sales scenario. Of course you can have overseas workers answering the chats, or the owners themselves. You can also have knowledge staff and idiots at real stores.

That wasn't the point though. The point is your website without live chat engagement is like a supermarket with a self checkout aisle.
