  • Someone buy Jim an HD camera. His videos are awesome, and I think HD camera will do justice to his work.

  • I usually love all the tanks, but this one didn't do it for me.

  • Hey Jim, hope you don't mind me asking but is it possible for you to tell me what is the name of that suspension wire used to support the rails on the lighting system, and where can i get them? Love the feature of being able to easily adjust the height with the push of a button. No need for a fast reply. Wish you the best of luck in these economic hard times and hope you get more accounts. After all, more accounts means more video. Stay positive and thanks.

  • hey N, it is part of the AquaRay LED system called the MMS Suspension Kit.

  • @lafishguy Yeah. I listened in again on the video and figured that much. Thanks for the reply. Much appreciated.

  • What I forgot to say is I have followed you since episode 1 and love it. THANK YOU for taking the trouble to video your work. You don't have to do it and we appreciate the extra effort and editing that can be time consuming rather than earning another buck! I hope you one day get a lot more recognition. Best wishes.

  • I personally like the negative videos. It shows the highs and lows of the aquarium business which is more authentic and real. You can still be an ambassador for the hobby whilst sharing the downs. I think we all like the personal side of Jim that we see. As for all the moaning about ads, I can see you are moving forward and that's fine. It is annoying seeing the same ads all the time but hey ho, I won't complain, like many others I just fast forward if I have already seen it. Maybe if you expla

  • Hey Jim, I love the new videos!

What kind of problems can occor from using tapwater for the mix?

  • hey D, tap water can introduce elements you may not want, chlorine, amonia and host of lesser things that over time build up and may cause unwanted algae problems or high levels of Nitrate or Phosphate.

  • Hi Jim.

Another great vid! love your work and i always look forward to you new vids, I think I have just about watched all of your vids now and have learnt alot!, you have inspired me to start my own reef tank. I think you have the best job in the world! :). i know work must be hard for you in the current economic climate, but you always seem to stay positive, thats awesome. keep the vids coming.

    Thanks again!

    From an English fan! :)

  • hey F, actually I have filmed a few 'negative' videos but then figured who wants to watch negative stuff, so I decided never to post negative shows. as a spokesman, if thats what I have becime, then its my job to always be positive :)

  • Cande certainly is a reefer ha-ha...Someone was stoned during this filming, or it was really early in the morning for him:-) Thanks for the new episode!

  • hey jim glad to see another great vid, love all the reef tank covers you are doing with conde. I have one question and suggestion though, when Conde adds more LEDs do the owner also plan on adding new coral because if they do it would look so cool if they put different colors of montipora cap on the center overflow. Just a suggestion as montiporas are also my fav corals.

  • hey D, that tank my be getting moved, and what a job that will be. it may involve adding more lights then.

  • @lafishguy hey jim if they move this tank will you be covering it.

  • hey D, if that opportunity arises, quite possibly.

  • hey D, turns out this tank got moved yesterday. about a half mile further down the road, and Cande tells me this is a tempoary location so t will get moved again in the future.

  • Cande must be some kind of salt water guru, bio balls+tap water and the tank looks amzing. I know I would benefit from an episode on how get these results from his method. I bet he uses table salt.

  • It;s been a while but well worth it lol. Digging the aquascape :) Thumbs up.

  • hey NY, thanks :)

  • Jim do u think u can have conde. Explain his phosphate removal method. I see no algae.

  • hey S, aside from Phosphate Pads in the filter I dont think he uses any other phosphate removal method.

  • This the only episode. Cmon jim ur teasing me. I was so excited to see a new vid. I hope its uploading. Thx.

  • for a 36" tall tank, those LED's are really kiken ass!

  • The tap!

  • That's an impressive collection of corals. I can't believe they are doing so well from converted tap water!

  • i like Cande he is a cool funny guy!..lol =D

  • i might switch to led's i know they're not as good as halide but i think they'd be good on a very shallow tank

  • Ha. Its the "that is correct guy" LOL

  • Hey Jim,

Love your show but so sick of seeing reef tanks all the time. Do you have any clients that have shark tanks, or very large 1000 gallon show size fish only setups? Thanks...

  • hey M, no shark or new tank set-ups but you should enjoy the next few episodes over the next couple of months

  • Hey jim i just wanted to day thank you so much for great information u put into your videos im a huge fan.And i cant belive im getting the chance to write this.....

  • Hey Jim next time your with Cande maybe you could test the tds on the tap water before he mixes in the salt. Just out of interest.

  • he does love the tap water!

  • kid rock : d

  • Sweet Tank. I like how you can see it from all sides

  • "yes that is correct.." lol

  • Glad to see a new tank video Jim :)

  • Will there ever be more parts to episode 100. After such a big build up to the milestone it seems a real shame it has been let down by the customer not having the finances to continue, but I guess that's what happens and this is a reality show after all!
