Mayb he had those pills for pain relief on an empty stomach like i sometimes do! I'm not trying to be funny but i suffer from arthiritis and have pills b4 i get out of bed so i'm able to get some breakfast but it seems poor Michael didnt get a chance to have any breakfast! hence why they didnt find any food with the pills!
