Hey Armysis19 ...housing is ran by private companies and yes when your spouse is home it is up to you to maintain your lawn. It really just depends on where you are as to how strict they are about it but best bet is to just cut it. I never known them to be ridiculously strict about the height though. When your spouse is deployed you can usually be signed up to have maintenance cut your grass. Hope that helps!
