its in a japanese special, where he reveals it to rangiku, plus I read it in the official bleach magazine once, but to be fair, my memor is around...maybe 85-90 at best so I could be a bit wrong on some of it, but the again, think about it, he hasnt once tried to figh ichigo or anyone yet in the arrancar season, and I mean the manga not the anime, since the manga is almost towards the end of it and the anime is just starting, he just stands in the bg while everyone tries to take down aizen
