@doit420sdf I didn't hear the word 'redneck' in this video. But redneck actually has nothing to do with race but more about profession, i.e. people who work outside on farms. Technically an Indian family that moved to South Carolina that works outside could be a redneck. The term has come to mean something racist I suppose, but to me it's not really.
@vemanos - No, the term 'redneck' is most definitely race specific to whites. If whites work in the sun their neck turns quite a bit more red then their Asian, Latino or African counterparts. Is it technically possible to use this term with another race? Yes but nobody does, and the association would be a weak one. In other words, nobody uses this term for other people than whites, and as it is used as a pejorative, it is not only racial, but it is indeed racist, much like Janeane Garofalo.
Funny how Garofalo claims to be attacked by these websites as she calls whole populations racist names like "rednecks." What a hypocrite.
