I love that Merlin tries to leave and hiccups again and stops and hangs his head for a moment then continues walking. Comedic timing is great in this scene.
I don't think I've ever seen a character on a show having the hiccups just for the hell of it. Yet this worked so well, funny and natural. It's actually one of my favorite scenes.

The best bit is the sly grin on Merlin's face as he slowly turns around at 0.27.
You can just tell that he KNOWS he's pissing Arthur off and loving it.
