  • so how do you actually CLEAN the cart? A church doesn't have washing facilities to actually clean the body of the cart. I am here in Los Angeles and the HD is a major pain and it's mainly because the restaurant lobby wants these food trucks and taco trucks shut down.

  • Thank you for the information!

  • At 74 and a painter/drywall person for 46 years. I need to leave my trade....

  • @homebrewer7 NO KIDDIMG NO ONE WOULD CALL YOU A HERO FOR YOUR WORK BUT LETS FACE IT MOST HEROS PUT FAR LESS EFFORT INTO THEIR ACT. I DID IT FOR TWENTY. YOURE A HERO IN MY BOOK. HOW MANY WOULD SUFFER WITHOUT A CLEAN DRY PLACE TO LIVE. A HERO STEPS IN WHEN THING GO WRONG A TRADESMAN ACTS FAR SOONER THAN THAT.

  • If you do business from a hotdog trailer or truck that has it's own kitchen can they be a commissary of their own for cleaning and so forth?

  • @dbmrhi I don't think so. You still have to have a way to clean the outside of the truck and drain your waste-water and grease(if you cook).

  • Good information, Perry - Thanks for adding good stuff to the YT Community : )
