so how do you actually CLEAN the cart? A church doesn't have washing facilities to actually clean the body of the cart. I am here in Los Angeles and the HD is a major pain and it's mainly because the restaurant lobby wants these food trucks and taco trucks shut down.

If you do business from a hotdog trailer or truck that has it's own kitchen can they be a commissary of their own for cleaning and so forth?

@dbmrhi I don't think so. You still have to have a way to clean the outside of the truck and drain your waste-water and grease(if you cook).
