Let's all be honest here: You could take any clips from any movie/animation/tv show/videogame cutscene, put it together to match 300's trailer, mute the clips and add the 300 music trailer, and the end result would still be awesome if edited very well.

No offence to the creator of the vid, but it seems less about actual quality and more about just selecting some of the biggest hollywood blockbusters in the last few years. Transformers and T4 are pure shite, including the trailers, Avatar's trailer, like the movie, was overlong, and apart from Inception and The Dark Knight I didn't see anything special in the rest either.

Watch The Return of the King trailer, THAT is the standard you have to reach, still not been topped imo!

I would have put movies like the Star Wars Prequels,Tron Legacy,Matrix Reloaded or Matrix Revolutions,X2,X-men:The Last Stand,Harry Potter 2-7:Part 1,Toy Story 3,Transformers:Revenge of the Fallen(although not a great film,it had a great trailer),Star Trek,Indiana Jones 4,and all of the Lord of the Rings Trailers.Although,you picked a fine assortment of trailers. Do you know what I love about the Dark Knight? When I thought the movie was about to end (the Joker being arrested) there was another 45 minutes of action. The movie is so bad ass.

Do you know what I hate about Avatar? That the movie is LONGER than the Dark Knight. Avatar is so predictable, with a story line that ripped off Pocahontas. It's a shallow movie that added A LOT of expense. It's the most overrated movie of all time.
