Maude Barlow from Council of Canadians does a brilliant 10 point presentation making the connection between this model being developed as the model for the world. As Free trade was the model for Nafta and others.

good information, mediocre speaker.
Neglected to touch on bulk shipping of water, inclusion into the U.S. missle sheild and war on terror, the recent move to weaken our pesticide residue laws to allow poisoned produce from the U.S. to enter Canada.
