In his defense hes not empty. Hes just below a quater. When that gauge hits the last red line hes still not empty (theres a one to two gallon buffer below the lowest point of the fuel float) Empty would inply the pump is running dry.

I'm certain and sure now that if it seems to take forever to hit 180mph in car 1 of say 45 seconds or more from 0mph.. 180mph is 180mph.. if it takes like 5 seconds to hit 180mph in car 2 from 0mph and is held at 180mph when passing an observer doing 65mph... the observer would see both cars appear to be as fast as each other.. power wise
