I have a 4-element LED mounted into a LED holder. The plastic disk has a recess that is not only recessed, but drilled conically to disperse the light. The edges are frosted to show the light as well. Everything is sealed. It was all custom made and wiring all weather proofed. I can't help you more than that. Sorry.
