actually when they did the tiebreaker thign however they do it, I heard that one of judges who was austrailian dedecuted nastia more than she should have. and that''s why nastia was 2nd and not first.

@guitarbabe21 Nope, you heard wrong. Go look it up. The Australian judge gave Nastia the exact same score as two other judges. It was South African judge who gave Nastia the lowest score, however the same judge also gave Kexin the lowest score, so no favoritism there. Just because Valeri Liukin tried to start shit because his daughter lost doesn't mean what he said was true.

@Tirza777 They're spotting them, in case they fall. Jennifer Sey had a horrible fall during Worlds in the '80s--she fell from the high bar and broke her thigh--so they started allowing spotters after that.

Honestly, Nastia was not as good as the Chinese gymnasts. I'm speaking true here, not being bias (I'm American). Her legs did keep splitting and the form was lacking. Her frog like dismount really did justify He's win. He did have great form and her legs were practically glued together. Also, did anyone else notice how Yang got totally snubbed? That was bullshit.

Many people think the Yang Yilin deserved the gold, but personally i think it should have been a tie; He and Nastia. Because Yang's release moves seemed really flat to me, but that is just my opinion, she had a great dismount though.

Yeah Ksenia DEFINTELY deserved the bronze in the AA. On bars Beth tweddle did. the chinese just sweeped the bronzes and deserved NONE of them.

hey let's not talk about He Kexin and Nastia. They are, of course, both great gymnasts, and deserved to medal in this event. However, what about our poor yang yilin? she had the difficulty,and she executed very well. i mean, she almost hit all her handstands, didn't have legs separation, well on all her moves(esp the turns), and had even a more perfect landing than nastia. but why her score is lower?

i m nt a judge, and i reli wana noe what was wrong.

Nastia was rigged! He Kexin didn't hit all of her handstands, plus she took a step on her dismount. There is no way He Kexin had the same execution score with Nastia hitting her handstands and stucking her dismount.

You don't have to be a judge to know how uneven bars are judged. Nastia's routine had clean technique, hit handstands, and a stuck dismount. Kexin had clean technique, but she did take a step on landing.

well, this is the thing. First of all, how would you know that I'm not? Second, not all of them were for that purpose. At least half of them were faults, and it deducted her score. Also, a stuck dismount doesn't mean that much. Nastia lost her form and that's a larger deduction.

I don't see what you are talking about, she seemed to have plenty of 'swing'. She could use a little more momentum when transferring from low to high bar, like many of the other Chinese girls, but I think she did beautifully.

He's routine in my opinion was better at this competition. You can tell nastia was trying to hit those handstands but that one she missed. But according to the judges they were the same... Can they not share a gold medal?
