You soo funny :). But anxiety is indeed a seroius disorder, even if i don`t want to call anxiety aan disorder , simpl because anxiety is a bunch of negative feelings.
Did you Abuse Adderall or some other Stimulant before all this started happening?
Stimulant induced psychosis and anxiety are real....I have a son 21 yrs old who was very popular with other kids and did sports in grade school, and he seems to have given himself this seem problem by drinking energy drinks, alcohol, weed, adderall, etc...Stimulants mess-UP your sleep cycle then your body and mind suffer! Do exercise, Magnesium supplements, 8 hrs sleep, STOP all STIMULANTS, Omega-3!
You need to add Niacinamide along with the magnesium because I've discovered that there's a Doctor publishing Positive outcomes with Niacinamide......google: "niacinamide anxiety"!
Another thing, if you can STOP THINKING about past events or future events and what others are thinking, etc., then you can conquer this problem.......BREAK the train-of-thought by asking yourself: "what am I looking at"? LIVE IN THE PRESENT WITHOUT INCREASING your cortisol/adrenalin-stimulants!

What I'd really like to know is how you are now as I'm lying in bed at the moment suffering really badly right now! I 'm having constant heart palpitations (every 2-10 beats) which I've now had for over 3 weeks, I'm lightheaded, feel tight accross my chest and so on and so on... My problem is I have 2 young children to loo
Panic attacks suck. I've had them riding in the car as not only a passenger, but driving. It really sucks because your arms go weak, your heart beats a zillion beats per minute, you feel faint and just like you're slipping away. I usually had them when my mind wasn't active or I had too much time to think about my anxiety. Like riding in a car and no one is talking about a subject that I like or waiting in an office. It makes you want to get up and run away, but you can't.
@beast6228 I have them sometimes when we have to present to the rest of the class, I get really nervous, like before I would be fine, then when the Teacher says "Get with a partner and make a presentation, you will present it in 10 minuetes" I get panic attacks! :(
lol nevermind i listened to the video a secodn time it just sounds like an intelligent guy talking.. but you know what.. i think cowboys could listen to this stuff too
i've been there.. prbly will go back to those feelings too.. the only thing you didn't do lol.. in this video is gock ur head to the side every 20 seconds and and spit "HOCKK TUHH" also.. need the blade of hay in your mouth... i could listen to you all day

Do you realize that you were shot up with about 30 vaccines by the time you were 6 years old. 15 of which had hiigh levles of mercury.
