I can certainly relate to what you meant about coming from a "world of religion" & how it nearly drove you crazy. Choosing another spiritual path ws like a breath of fresh air. This video was great.
Time really is the greatest healer of all wounds. I am learning to give conflict time and to not react in the heat of the moment. Which is something that I do more often than not. I am very reactionary but it is my goal to become stillness in the moment.
I love the lesson of being aware. It just reminded me of all the activites that I partake in an unconscious light. Very interesting.
