  • i guess the winch is just for decoration

  • fucking hick music

  • well damn.. broke the cv.. i guess its time for a lift big tires and rockwells :) lol joking man but them yoyo's are great stock wheelers

  • Music, Preventative Maintenance and open diff fail.

And it's called open diffs, metalmoron622. Not Ferd, Chevy,GM or Yugo.

And Toyota's whine in low b/c the 22R/E 5 speeds have a gear driven transfer case. Not a chain like Fords, Dodges and Chevy's.

    Stupid web wheelers... VVV

  • nice, how come the red truck does not have transfer case whine in reverse like most Toyota's

is it only when they are in 4low and reverse that they whine, and then reverse in 4high doesn't whine????

  • a chevy could tackle that like nothin POS Toyota

  • can you drive with broken cv shaft with all wheel drive?

  • i give this vid a five star because of the green plates

  • foreward??

  • Best of TOYOTA!!yeaaa!!!

  • fuckin yotas!! add hillbilly deluxe and this is an awesome vid.

  • Coon smile?

  • i am no expert on offroadin but you could put a 2in. lift and some bfg ta kos and do so much more plus have so much more fun

  • @yoterbean i think they are on a bit of a budget boss

  • Nothin better than VT snow wheelin in a yota.

  • I see an SAS in your future real soon!!

  • It means that one of your axle shafts is dine!

  • u know how u say it was clicking anyways lol mine jus started clickin yesterday i oly got err bout a month ago. its a 94 sr5 waht does that mean?(the clicking)

  • clicking mean the cv shaft boot(plastic around the axle shaft) got a tear in it or something of that nature and the grease in it dried up and the joint inside has alot of friction and stress until it finally breaks and you have no FWD. You should replace the CV shaft (about 180 bucks) or for a cheap fix find the hole in the boot, put in more grease and try to seal the hole up... but chances are it's too late once it starts clicking

  • dang thanx man ive actually been meanin to grease it this whole week... hmm that myte explain why when i put it into 4wd it acts up all funky... well thanks alot 4 da reply bro.

  • if you have nothing better to do, open the joint, clean it and put in fresh grease and replace the boot. that will likely fix it unless it's been clicking for a long time

  • dude how come ur not a partner you have a nough vids views

  • what?

  • Awesome!!!

  • i cant tell... but is that the 2.5 I4? or the 3.0 V6?

  • red = 2.5 silver truck = 3.0

  • wow... i always knew these were wondeful trucks... i was just scared to go off roading in my toyota... since it is a 2.4 4cyl

  • why would you be scared...you've got the 22r or 22re...one hell of a motor. It will get you anywhere you need to go.

  • its the 22re, people have told me they are really good off road, but im just used to hearing about these big V8s u know?

  • @redheadsoxfan5 its a 2.4 l4

  • thats so dam cheap i wish there were more

  • and it sounds bad ass

  • what did yours cost?

  • I don't recall, around 40 I believe

  • i cannot find one any were

  • well I got it on there a couple years ago so maybe there aren't anymore on there... idk where to get one then

  • hey were did you get the cold air kit????

  • ebay

  • he shouldve turned his wheels then he wouldnt be digging himself into a hole

  • if it was running hot, why did u not shut it off, and use ur winch? screw it uh?

  • best truck!!! i got 2, mines been through alot more!! u need a small lift and lockers. i wish the 22re had more tq!! slow as sht!

  • vermonters lol

  • You suck my penis ass hole.

  • That would be doing you a favor because no self-respecting woman would do the honors to a low-life with a vocabulary like yours.

I do have to say that your type of response does not surprise me at all.

  • haha ok there it is... i can only watch toyota's getting stuck for so long my friend! haha lol funny vid and im glad you were enjoying tearing it up for the cameras!

  • when did it break? what time?

  • 8:20

  • Dont you notice the Vermont Plates ....

  • where in this fine state were you?

  • Cushman Mountain.... South through Randolph on 14 I believe and then turns right towards Rochester ( Rochester Heights ) Turn right onto Charlie Wilson Rd. That takes you up over the hill with a few nice side trails/mud holes.

  • u know the less gas the farther u go.

  • it's called kinetic energy... think about it

  • oh im totally a toyota fan dude. but u were stuck and flooring it. a few times just gently rocking it couldve got u unstuck alot quicker with out breaking a shaft.

  • yotas are the best offroading vehicles

  • toyotas are not bad offroad but jeeps are way better

  • I will say that Toyotas have the best durability and reliability hands down no question asked, but Jeeps are good off road and are in many cases easily to modify for off road use due to the aftermarket support. Although any vehicle with enough mods can be decent at off roading, so for people to always argue who's truck is better is just pointless. It is strange for a Toyota to break something with relatively stock sized tires though. Either way Jeep, Toyota and Rover rock the off road world!

  • my tires were larger than stock and the only way a jeep is possibly better than a Toyota is the fact that it has a solid front axle, and that's only better in offroad purposes.

  • i think the video probally doesnt do this road justice for how bad it was

  • these little 4 bangers toyota are great trucks.

  • great song!

  • you had a winch, but you didnt use it? lmao

  • nothing to winch to my friend, otherwise I would have

  • maybe the other truck?

  • nobody made it further than I did

  • she tried

  • lmao HELLA NAR NAR IFS

  • Nice Toyota but does it have any locking axle?

  • Nope, she's plane jane with the exception of an air intake, 30.5" tires, and a 9k warn winch. OH and a sweet 3rd passenger seat in the rear!

  • I always loved these old Toyota trucks. For a stock Truck, it still have a lot of ground clearance, but ever wonder buying a light lift kit and more aggressive tires for it? Also, did you trim the front bumper for clearance?

  • nice yota. 4 cyl right? i go to dartmouth but am from az. you've got some crazy wheelin out here

  • yeah it's a 4 cyl, I've had some problems with the clutch, but it's wicked fun to throw a set of chains on it and just take off up a mountain

  • yea we don't get snow where i'm from, but it does get a little muddy. before you replaced your CV shaft, was there a clunking noise that came from the hub area when you turned?? when i turn to the left i hear that noise coming from the left side of my truck. i wasn't so sure about what it is. i thought it could be the CV shaft but wasn't certain.

  • yeah check the rubber boots around it and see if any of them are ripped, that's what usually happens.

  • the song is from??

  • brooks and dunn, hill billy deluxe

  • wow!!haha i guess the toyota did ok,but good vid

  • buddy you need better tires, you should be able to walk through that shit

  • I have a 85 chevy with 38" TSl Supers and it still took me about 5 tries to make it.

  • I replaced my CV shaft and beat that hole to the top yesterday. It was froze up and I had to use chains though. Couldn't film cause it was dark out.
