I was surprised to see all of the kids too and only mentioned it because I was considering bringing one of my sons. I was glad I didn't, and not because of your film. There were some that were pretty disturbing on the other nights. Maybe that's what they were going for, though. They should just say no kids or rated R so we know.

Aw, that was your daughter? Very cute baby. I wondered how films with babies got them to not cry during filming! Your wife must have gone through the wringer with you trying to pull that off after your team bailed! I have teenagers, so I AM old! That totally doesn't offend me because I'm only gonna get older.

Keep at it. Hopefully you'll get some better peeps next time because it sure is a team effort!

Well, now I like you and I am sorry for the way I worded my comments. That is really crappy that your team quit after commiting. Your actress most def is a hottie and was hilarious when she stood up at the end of the screening and gave you two your props! No offense taken on my part and better luck to both teams if we try again next year unless you're hired by Lifetime before then!

And yes, I could use a watch and some more of what SHE'S got on the top shelf. LOL!

Well you seemed to have remembered the Water cooler woman, the fact that we had 15+ writers , that we had twins and that "you really enjoyed our film"...someone is fibbing here????

LOL. I did enjoy it, and you're right, I'm fibbing. I'm just pissed that my team, which we had in place for 11 months walked out on the project. Then, Heather came on my page and made a "questionable" comment without knowing the difficulties with the film.

Was it great, hell no. We had 18 hours left to do "something" once everyone left and I was stuck with a wardrobe and just one actress.

Again, kudos on a great film. I wish it wasn't late because it would have won something.

I respect that opinion, but you don't have to post something on my page saying it was "embarrassing". Everyone that submitted a movie should just be proud that they turned something in. Were it not for the young lady that committed her time, I would have thought twice about submitting the film, but she was proud of what she did and it's no worse than the garbage that runs on Lifetime.

I thought you had one of the best films - and the writing was excellent. I applauded loudly for your movie.

Hmmm I was there the night this was screened...the only three things I remember about it was...the two over sized silicone ballons...and one LOUD Boo when it ended!!

It just goes to show all the planning in the world doesn't help when it comes down actually producing something for the 48-Hour Film Contest. The fact that the cast and crew of 20 quit, and left Ed and Kiya as the only two willing to go out there to do "what they said they would do" proves that once again, vision is needed above anything else. We can forgive the shaky cam at times and the few editing flaws, but over all, the story was well told and the blonde is one hot lady!
