Owen Wright can't even do a stall like Slater. I can't believe people say owen was better... I'm goofy, and watching owen was nowhere near satisfying. Slater wins everytime in my books.
Slates was surfing faster, making more use of the wave, doing those snap stalls into the barrell. just all around looked like a more functional better surfer. owen looked like he was surfing in slow motion compared to slater.

The only thing owen wright is good at, is airs... his turns aren't even powerful, he wieghs 65 kilos and doesn't flare anywhere near the level of slater.
firstly, Kelly's floater is way better than Owen's. Secondly kelly got tubed...thirdly, no one cuts back sharper than Kelly Slater. Owen's surfing was very, very sloppy. Amateur level. Hell I could do better
