I remember our trip to India in 1978. The bus stopped in a high mountain village in N Turkey and we availed ourselves of a 20p a night "hotel". i awoke at 3 to see you immersed in meditation, totally somewhere else. At 6 I awoke to find you stretching out ready for a yoga session. Anyway we crossed Iran and what a relief to get to Afghanistan. But you weren't tired next day. Kabul and then the Khyber Pass. We were high as kites.
