They call it Anti-cosmic metal of death. What it really means i don't know. But i know that they was a great band and that i saw thier last consert ever in Hovet (Sweden) two months before Jon took his own life.

I guess the whole Anti-Cosmic Metal of Death thing is due to the fact that Jon was part of the MLO, who have an anti-cosmic doctrine and who believe in the destruction of the corporeal world and the unleashing of chaos. The metal of death is probably due to the fact that black metal and death metal have been considered as "metal of death" by various people, most likely due to the nihilistic sound and the fact that generally the subject matter of lyrics is dark, satanic and associated with death.

Oh and btw, Ole Ohman was fucking amazing on his chops and tom fills here. And I love how the tones are purposely made different from Jon Nodtveidt and John Zwetsloot @ 4:41 to give it a neat effect.

@SiT1986 that`s not ole öhman on drums, it is Tobias Kellgren and the second Guitar was played by Johan Norman, the Bass was played by jon`s younger brother and Deathstars guitarist Emil Nödtveidt. This gig has been played 2 months after the murder of Josef ben Meddour. BTW John Zwetasloot has been kicked from the band in 1994 but was still working with them for the Storm of the light`s bane album. He later formed the band Cardinal sin.
