He was wearing silver or shiny cargo pants or something and showed up as a hologram also, right? I think it played during the Zoog Disney era, where they'd play random music videos inbetween Lizzie McGuire or Jett Jackson or something. I remember this video, the edited version of What a Girl Wants by Christina Aguilera, and some other videos.
