  • Thanks RawFoodSwitch! I made this and it was delicious!

  • there is no recipe listed, you click on the link, and it makes you put in your email if you want it.....fail.

  • I just tried this and I LOVE IT!!! It is my new fav pumpkin pie, thank you so much raw foods witch! Blessed be!

  • Great video and great recipe - thank you RawFoodsWitch!

  • wow, that's alot of walnuts (fat), and dates (sugar)... i'm not judging, though.

  • @JackDeSimone Where else are we supposed to get our calories from?

  • loooooveeee... uhm... I mean nice video ! actually it doesnt do You justice, such a beautiful girl (who plus eats raw) have to make vids with better quality and sound (use separate mic, coz at some moments I can barely hear You.) but anyways , nice recipe and Thanks a lot for showing us how-to make it.

  • irish moss will bind it - no fat and it will hold at room temp as well!

  • I LOVE your video, so simple. Love me some Raw!!

  • I can't wait to try it! Thanks for posting:)

  • do you have any suggestions for someone who hates the taste of coconut?

  • If you want to make this "set" and not be too mushy, you could also use some psyllium husk to "bulk it up" a bit. :)

  • Thank you.

    Well done video also.

  • can you put it in the oven as well?

  • I'm sure you could, but I can't guarantee how it would come out. And the point of making a raw pumpkin pie is that you don't need to cook it, and it preserves all the nutrition! :)

If you wanted to slightly warm it up, you certainly could, like in a dehydrator. Though I actually recommend you serve this one slightly chilled, like a cheesecake. :)

  • got it, thanks.

  • @RawFoodSwitch I served it chilled in the freezer and found the colder it was, the even better it was for me!

  • Why on earth would you want to put it in the oven?!?!?! That defeats the whole purpose. This is a RAW food. The whole point of raw foods is that you don't expose it to heat above about 120 degrees, otherwise you kill off all the vitamins, nutrients & enzymes.

  • Awesome!

  • That looks wonderful. It will be made @ my house, too! Thanks for sharing the recipe. (o:

  • Thank you - this will be made for thanksgiving!
