How do you keep brown sugar fresh? We found the Banana Seal works GREAT! It keeps even brown sugar fresh right in the bag it comes in... the website is: SaveTheBananaSeal
loooooveeee... uhm... I mean nice video ! actually it doesnt do You justice, such a beautiful girl (who plus eats raw) have to make vids with better quality and sound (use separate mic, coz at some moments I can barely hear You.) but anyways , nice recipe and Thanks a lot for showing us how-to make it.
I'm sure you could, but I can't guarantee how it would come out. And the point of making a raw pumpkin pie is that you don't need to cook it, and it preserves all the nutrition! :)
If you wanted to slightly warm it up, you certainly could, like in a dehydrator. Though I actually recommend you serve this one slightly chilled, like a cheesecake. :)
Why on earth would you want to put it in the oven?!?!?! That defeats the whole purpose. This is a RAW food. The whole point of raw foods is that you don't expose it to heat above about 120 degrees, otherwise you kill off all the vitamins, nutrients & enzymes.
Thanks RawFoodSwitch! I made this and it was delicious!

do you have any suggestions for someone who hates the taste of coconut?

If you want to make this "set" and not be too mushy, you could also use some psyllium husk to "bulk it up" a bit. :)

@RawFoodSwitch I served it chilled in the freezer and found the colder it was, the even better it was for me!
