I started sprouting a couple of months back and I've just started selling my sprouts and micro greens to the local health food store. I've also been supplying them with some hard to find sprouts like pumpkin and triplicane wheat grass and sprouts. In the next couple of months I will also be their biggest supplier of Kombusha tea. I started off watching vids like this one. BTW...witches sure have changed since I was in school......they used be old and decrepit with a wart.....never mind...LOL

These days US/California almonds have been pasturized and won't be sproutable, or at least not like they used to be. You can get Spanish almonds that will sprout beautifully.
