  • hey nice tank

do you add teh water back to the tank before treating it ???

  • @martyb0y1690

i do, i know its bad, but one day I'll have a aquarium water only reservoir to pull from

  • @MisterSquinter why not just fill it from buckets then if you know it's bad ?

  • u guys realize that this is sped up ...right

  • Comment removed

  • pretty quick.

  • DAMN THOSE FISH R FAST

  • it was funy when it went down then up

  • how do you make the water go UP in the siphon??? ive seen people do it before but just dont know how to do it.looks much more convenient than pitcher by pitcher :)

    .....please respond

  • @snowingsniper ......you could look it up maybe??

  • @snowingsniper hey there is a clear big tube you stick it in the water then you put your bucket in the floor and you take the hose suck on it in till the water starts to pour down the hose quality stick it in the bucket

  • @snowingsniper

the other end of the siphon is hooked up to a tap, suction is created by using your kitchen sink. look at python 'no-spill--clean-and-fill" for more details

  • Good then. So you don't need to vacuum the substrate in a planted tank?

  • @apeguero

sometimes i do, but very lightly near the front of the tank and not as deep as traditional gravel bead cleaning

  • hi what lighting are u using?substrate ?

    Thanks/

  • I'm using power compact fluorescent lighting, basically 4x55 watt 6500K straight pin bulbs. The substrate is about 2/3 eco-complete and 1/3 ADA amazonia powder type II

  • @Leg3ndFlip23

4x65 watt power compact fluorescent, substrate is a mix of various brands, I do remember using some amano stuff and some of the iron perlite gravel as well
