M1A1/A2 never got destroyed once in all combats, where are the proofs from real battles that can support your claim?

@IpMan19 Many got hit and damaged in Iraq,however US army retrieves them all the time and ships them back to the States.Your claim is unfunded because in all conflicts the the US had total air supremacy and the enemy armor is neutralized most of the time from the air,if not, it is hiding for cover.M1A1/A2has never been proven in real combat,so far it has only been a logistical nightmare with that creepy gas turbine.It also uses the Leo's 2's 120mm smoothbore gun L55.In overall Leo 2 rocks.

@alboclev Acutally US had very little loss of M1A2 Abrams and M1A1's ever heard about the M1A2 Abram which fought it way out of enemy lines? not to mention it got hit with Rockets left and right still ran great and got the hell back to base my point is no tank comes close to the Abrams with Armor and Tech

Lol, the Challenger 2 does so there goes your armor ego out the window. Technicly the Leo is already superior. The only problem is, the Leo 2 hasen't yet seen full scale combat like the Abrams. But that doesn't make the Abrams better.

Dutch and US had a practise fight once. Dutch had their 80 Leopard 2's. US over 150 Abrams. Abrams were forced to retreat with most of their tanks gone against 20 destroyed tanks on the Dutch side.

Those are only abandoned Abrams by the soldiers. No Abrams have been reported to be destroyed in battles.

Hi, zum 1. dieses Konzept des ferngesteuerten FlaMG`s wie ich es einschätze gab es schon in den 70`gern, beim Gemeinschaftsprojekt KPz.70 zwischen den USA und BRD. Wo eine ferngesteuerte 20 mm Kanone für die Flugabwehr ausgefahren wurde. Aber was heißt PSO und ist der Rohrwechsel von Übm. auf Gefm. zu sehen. Bitte um Antwort, ich lerne auch gern dazu. Danke

Neu ist es nicht, aber die FLW 200 von Krauss-Maffei Wegmann ist die modernste Fernlenkbare Waffenstation ihrer Art. Auch mit 40mm Granatmaschinenwaffe zu haben!

die problematik ist das der LEO voll hoch gerüstet wird mit der gleichen motor und chassi technik ,...die müsste noch angepasst werden um den Leo wircklich efektiv zu gestalten!!!ansonsten ist es nur ein drauf packen und das geht zu lasten des besagten.!!

der pso bekommt ein europowerpack mit 1650 ps... denker das reicht !

hab bei kmw geslesen das er auch von der bundeswehr beschafft wird :D

Nein er bekommt kein Europowerpack. Die Bundeswehr verzichtet darauf. Der aktuelle versuchsträger Leopard 2 PSO-VT sieht anders aus als der im Film gezeigte Demonstrator.

Man rüstet 50 A4 Türme auf den PSO-Stand um und bereitet die Wannen der 150 A6M für PSO vor und baut so die APU usw ein. Im Ernstfall werden die A6 Türme eingelagert und durch die PSO-Türme ersetzt. Diese haben noch die kurze L/44 als Bewaffnung. Die L/55 ist zu lang!
