You can have blue and red in any state its just that you cant have them flashing.I bought the advanced wireless 3 million LEDGLOW kit and where I live cops lights are all blue and a state trooper was right behind me and I had blue flashing and he didn't pull me over so really it depends on how strict your local law enforcement is!
