(as per the DVD comments). Which, in retrospect, is a good thing I guess. I've squelched the compulsion to bitch slap people thanks to Lou Schiemer!
If they'd been allowed to do real violence than Catra and Scorpia would have been a lot more effective as villains since thye gave those two powers that they couldn't use in an effective way without showing some blood.
@foocominic --Large breasts would hamper some of the stunts she pulls, like arial flipping...that's why gymnasts and dancers go for spare, flat figures. Legend has it the Amazons would actually cut off one or both of their breasts to better wear armor and carry their swords into battle.
I always wondered what would have happened if Battlecat became smitten with Catra while she's in her panther form. That could get very awkward very fast.

@foocominic I don't think Evil-Lyn would NECESSARILY be a better match for She-Ra, because She-Ra would be able to DEFLECT Evil-Lyn's magic blasts with her *SWORD*, the way He-Man always did. Even in the form of Adora, she might still be too quick for Evil-Lyn.
Of course, Evil-Lyn would be able to trick She-Ra/Adora with disguises, but then, Catra made up for her lack of magic powers by setting some great TRAPS for her rival. :)
