Paul describes the difference between being under the old testament law where no one is righteous, and being under God's grace where we are gifted righteousness through faith! We can't always pick a random verse or two without reading the rest of the verses in the chapter, because you can miss too much and misunderstand what is being said, and who it is being said to. You can't pick a random sentence out of any book and understand what's going on!

Exerts from his other songs were taken from this song, reversed, and put into Lucifer 9, which is what that music track is called.
Secondly, as most people don't seem to realize, Jay-Z himself didn't sell the album. Without permission, DangerMouse did, but they planned to give out only a few thousand copies. Lucifer 9 however rang up alot of controversy.
Jay-Z didn't release this song. He didn't even know about it. Jay-Z DOES however question god, but I don't know his exact beliefs.

What we hear and listen to does affect us Anything we hear and listen to can affect us We enjoy listening to music for a reason; for some it is to relax, for others to incite certain emotions. Ever heard of music setting the mood. If you think music can't affect people then go to a nightclub and look at the people dancing, they're sure being affected. The same goes for the hidden messages in songs, our brains can understand them, some are so clear that you don't even have to play them backwards

Also people say music makes them do things once they get into trouble like if someone kills somebody and they listened to gangsta music before doesn't make it the artists fault, if someone kills somebody they are going to do it regardless.
