  • fuck them! disrespect to Glen Cambell

  • Okay this is weird. But, I'm a number one fad of the radio, and this is kinda cool. i'm stoned btw lol

  • I absolutely hated this song when I was a kid and it would come over the radio I would cringe and run to the radio to shut it off. BUT! Leave it to Thom and Radiohead to make this a much better song! AWESOME! They could do any cover and it would be brilliant! Love you Radiohead!

  • @MariposaGirl1981 Thom Yorke probably heard this when they opened up for Soul Asylum when they were touring the Pablo Honey album. Soul Aslyum has been playing this song since 1990 or so.

  • Yes that is one sSSSSEXY photo! I want to go to sleep with his image burned in my brain!

  • Sucks ass more than normal.lolololololololol.

  • Much much better than Kid A!

  • they can make any song sound good

  • I think its pretty good. Didn't know this radio head guy did this song over. Just watched Glen Campbells and now this. Its a good song. Funny yahh..blah,blah,blah......

  • Why Dad Radiohead = no Energy.

  • Laughing at 2:16 .................

  • great pic from the Reading 94 concert!!!

    bril!

  • :)) I think what we need is a "shut the f*ck up and enjoy the damn song" button.

  • this is an example of everything that is good and positive and wonderful and right in the world!!!!! finding this made me smile for the first time today!!!!! this is BEYOND like!!!! We need a LOVE AND ADORE button for when we find little nuggets of JOY like this......

  • Imagine you combine this song while you're on your "high times". It would be so......

  • anyone who thinks they are trying to 'improve' this song, or thinks they've ruined it, is stupid. It's a silly, fun pop song that they are just having fun. There is no way they are extracting any meaning from these lyrics lol

  • They using their own style.

    But i can live with.

  • i wish people would stop saying that they've 'ruined' this song. This is clearly just a cover they did to amuse themselves a bit in the middle of some huge uber tour, I'd imagine even playing radiohead songs every night gets a bit repetitive. You can even hear Thom laughing during the chorus. Radiohead are not Glenn Campbell fans, because they're not shit eating rednecks.

  • @frusciante39 Haha. It's funny because there's nothing to ruin in this song. It's already garbage; they've improved upon it.

  • where was this recorded?

  • well he makes this song almost okay. ;)

  • @1967chevelleSS396 i think that might be the worst thing i've ever seen another human write. you absolute cretin, please stop wasting valuable oxygen

  • @1967chevelleSS396 God, I hope he's a fag...

  • I like this version, it's got more passion than Glen Campbell's, and it's also more optimistic. Campbell's version was great, but it was also tinged with 1970s melancholy.

  • Glen Campbell mastered this song. Radiohead, I love ya. But you can beat Glean on this.

  • Glenn Campbell wasn't the original artist. Larry Weiss did the original.

  • It's ThOM!

  • The English have the knights that fascinate us. We have the cowboys and the outlaws that fascinate the English lol. Actually Glen Campbell played Rock music before he played country. He is an awesome guitar player to, although I don't like Country Music.

  • This is my granddads favorite song. Every time i go Ireland with him i have to listen to the original of this song. Love this cover though =P

  • thats fucked up

  • @DRdamnit78 Blame it on hormones.

  • When there's a great band like Radiohead on all you can talk about is how sexy Thom is?

  • Comment removed

  • not bad

  • GLEN CAMPBELL?! I am floored. All those damn cowboys from my side of the country are awful, and actually Glen Campbell is playing a festival I'm going to this summer.. but what the hell, Radiohead are doing one of his songs good?!

  • @Annaa97 yeah here is a great secret: people that actually like music like music, not just what their friends tell them to listen to

  • culturefest

  • big up the culturefest, usually hate this morbid cack

  • heard about this on the culture gabfest!

  • An awesome song covered by an awesome bad... amazing!!
