Pretty much, but there are over 30 people involved on an album. One of the main guitarists is Alex Skolnick, the original lead from Testament.

Yes, Trans-Siberian Orchestra made it a bigger hit. It was on a Savatage album before TSO was founded.

True, but this is still TSO. The Savatage original is different, and this is directly from TSO's DVD, "Christmas Eve And Other Stories".
