Two key questions:

1) Is it justifiable to target /all/ young people because of the actions of a few?

2) Is it right to use a solution that just moves the problem along? Or would it be better to put effort into challenging the root of the problem?

I think it's a brilliant device and works so well!! Five years ago a gange of teenagers terrorised elderly residents in our town. Teens complain about the noise..but what about their noise 10pm to 1am?? They were so abusive to all, including the Police...I collected funds from the community to install this amazing device and it's certainly made the area so peaceful and pleasant once again.
