AS YOU CAN SEE - I follow the majority of gay guy's POV on this if they had to choose characters (not the yaoi-loving girl or the fanboi gay guy). I like muscles and I don't shy away from them in order to see sleek curves like in 3/4 of yaoi. :)
I slash just about anything but if I had to choose a favorite yaoi pairing from each game, it would have to be as follows:
FFVI - Edgar/Sabin (I have a thing for incest too XD)
FFVII - Reno/Rude *___* I really like Sephiorth/Cloud as well... and if we're including Dirge of Cerberus here, Weiss/Nero FTW! (Again with the twincest XD)
(I haven't played FFVIII so I can't really have a say for that game =P)
FFIX - This one's hard for me. I like Zidane/Kuja and Zidane/Blank. I do ship Zidane/Steiner too XD (Amarant is one character I can't stand in that game. -_- so he goes with no one XD) I'm not super crazy for yaoi in this game.
FFXII - Vaan/Balthier (as much as Vaan annoys the hell of out me x_X) Balthier/Basch is super hawt too. And we can't forget about Basch/Gabranth! I think this game has the biggest ship for gay pairings. The list could go on and on. XD (Balthier/Cid, Vaan/Reddas, Larsa/Vayne, Vaan/Basch, Al-Cid/Balthier etc. etc.)
Kingdom Hearts - Riku/Sora (c'mon it's so incredibly cannon) and Riku/Ansem *__*. Oh, and can't forget about Xemnas/Saix. :3
I saw the KuroFai and I nearly started crying, but when I saw Albel and Fayt I just died. Honestly. Star Ocean 3 is the one game I rank higher than any final fantasy there is or will be. -LOVES Albel <3333-

Sounds like you only got a little further than me. I was in the dragon cave thing... and got so frustrated with trying to figure out the puzzle with the flute that I gave up. I haven't touched the game in 2 or 3 years, so if I ever decide to play again, I'm probably gonna have to start all over. =P
Speaking of KuroFai, do you have any suggestions for a good fanfic of the two? I've been dying to read some. *_*

It's Krad...Dark spelled backwards since they're two halves of an artwork I suppose. But I digress; his name is Krad--manga, anime, etc...has his name as Krad.

I read the manga first. The manga was amazing, so I decided to check out the anime. After getting to like the 2nd or 3rd episode about that unicorn, I was like WHAT THE HELL IS THIS CRAP and stopped watching it after that. XD The anime was really tuned down and childish, in my opinion. It's really different from the manga too. I should give the anime another chance... maybe. >_>

Sabin/Edgar - 2 (whoo hoo sexy brothers! I ignore the incest.. heh... yeah...)
Sabin/Gau - 2 (sounds interesting!)
Cloud/Zack - 1 (eh... nah)
Cloud/Kadaj - 0 (Kadaj too girly)
Sephiroth/Vincent - 0 (both too depressing)
Teseng/Rufus - 0 (boring characters)
Kuja/Zidane - 1 (interesting but not enough to hold attention)
