@microphonecheck1 The only word he mouths is "Thank you" after Dennis already said it once, and started saying it slowly again. Trust me. Watch the outtakes, and extras on the DVD from this season. It talks alot about how good these guys are at improv, and how half of the show isn't scripted. This is one of the scenes they used as an example. Along with Charlie's "Rock Flag and Eagle" song/rant.
