@KannX the patch really did help. There was also a set of high res texture patches too that made it look nicer.

Daikatana is ok games not worest in my book don't worry see woest sure that quake 2 endeng was good for it but i hate the bug and crash not sidekick sidekick was good all u need all weapon in the game and have ur sidekick safe

i got this game free off of gametap without having to pay and im glad because i didnt waste my money on a piece of crap game.I got all the way to level 5 and stopped playing it,it sucks

I played the demo a few years back....quirky gameplay...killer frogs....impossible to aim weapons.....and everything was the color green!

The animation on the weapon models is hilariously bad. Apparently Romero just hired loads of staff willy-nilly from the Quake modding scene. In fact, one animator was taken from a mod I worked on. He was like 'Yay, I'm moving to Dallas!'

They were all like 16, so the Ion Storm office had a kind of high school atmosphere with petty rivalries and bitching and playing Tekken and not making Daikatana.

Daikatana is actually quite fun for like a few minutes or something. Then it gets really annoying.

Blast it....it's Quake's Dopefish again...>_< Still, I'd say that the environments are...OK, I suppose. Shame about the gameplay, though.
